Business
project funding is available worldwide. Our private lenders
can fund a variety of projects at a competitive rate of LIBOR + 1-2% (London
Interbank Offered Rate plus 1+2 %), for a term from one to ten years, interest
only or amortized. This private loan program can include equity financing,
joint venture partners, know-how, Employee stock ownership plan (ESOP)
financing, mezzanine financing, Leveraged buyout (LBO), mergers with public
shells, equipment financing, sale lease/back, lease purchase, humanitarian
project financing, venture capital, private angel investors, construction
loans, acquisition, etc.
Collateral
can include Prime Bank Guarantees, Certificate of Deposit, or other assets
- anything having commercial or exchange value that is owned by a business,
institution, or individual. This program generally is not for start-ups
that have no required assets. Investor must have assignable assets and
can demonstrate an ability to service the loan from his expected cash flow.
A well-written Business Plan is required together with proof of collateral.
In some
cases, if investor does not have collateral we can also arrange
that for him, with some up front cost. If investor has a good viable project,
we can usually get the appropriate funding for him.
